Making the Case for PA1Making the Case for Physical Activity in
Leicestershire, Leicester & Rutland

This document celebrates our achievements in providing a coordinated approach towards physical activity for adults across Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland.

It represents an important step in making the case for physical activity as a key health improvement tool and outlines how many partners, by working together, have supported individuals, communities and organisations to realise the extensive benefits of physical activity.

We hope that this document will act as a ‘call to action’ to sustain and build upon the innovative physical activity programmes taking place across Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland.
