What is Indoor Cycling?

Indoor Cycling can takes place on indoors on a stationary bike.

Indoor Cycling can takes place on your own in a gym/health club, or alternatively many offer group indoor cycling classes. Classes tend to focus on endurance, strength, intervals, or high intensity, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. It is commonly called spinning.
