Come and have a go this Summer!
About This Campaign
Following on from the success of Tri January, which saw over 5,000 people take up the swim, bike, run challenge, we're launching Tri Summer. Just like Tri January, there will be three challenges for participants to choose from. The challenges will encourage them to work towards a triathlon distance in as many sessions as they want, participating when and where it suits them.
- Tri Summer Sprint Distance: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
- Tri Summer Standard Distance: 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run
- Tri Summer Middle Distance: 1.9km, 90km bike, 21km run
Participants will swim, bike and run their way through the summer, and once they've completed the Tri Summer Challenge, we will be encouraging them to take their next step by signing up to the Tri Summer Festival in September.

To make the most of the campaign, we'd love to have your support to get more people active during the summer holiday.
When: The campaign launched on Monday 22nd July and continues until September 8th.
Who: The campaign is open to everyone and completely free to be part of.
