About Walk Together
There are a number of beginners walking groups across Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland offering beginner friendly walks, led by trained and insured Walk Leaders.
Walking is a simple, free way to develop and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Along with physical benefits such as reducing your risk of diabetes and high blood pressure, walking can also improve your mental health and reduce stress. Walking can be done in an organised group or with friends making it the perfect social activity. Walking with others is a great way to meet new people and keep motivated.
