About Yoga for Pregnancy
Classes are 90 minutes and involve stretches, yoga postures, pranayama (breathing practises), pelvic floor exercises and relaxation. There is also time to ask questions and share experiences with other Mum's-to-be.
We're a small group so there's always time to look after any specific needs you have.
Yoga is not competitive- everyone practises to their own level and adaptations are made for any health issues
