Sport and physical activity is an important part of all our lives but keeping active can be difficult. The Walking and Cycling Festival, which launches on Saturday 20th May, involves fun, friendly walking and cycling based physical activities designed for individuals and families to move more often.

It's a perfect opportunity to meet new people with similar interests, explore different areas across the historic county, whilst witnessing the breath taking views of the countryside.
