Thank you for applying to work towards achieving the Wellbeing at Work Award. Your application has been approved. Please ensure you are familiar with Wellbeing at Work Charter Guidance and Award requirements / criteria.  Below is a reminder of the two-stage process involved in becoming an Award recipient. 


There are two stages to completing the Wellbeing at Work Award:

1. Submit initial application to begin working towards the Award, including payment of the administrative fee (if applicable).

2. On approval and receipt of submission link, submit evidence to demonstrate implementation of the requirements of the Award. This must be completed within 12 months of completing Stage 1. 


It is possible to submit the evidence in stages. Please upload the relevant evidence using the options below and submit the form. If you need to submit another piece of evidence at a separate time, use the same link to do so. 


Organisations must submit all of their supporting evidence within 12 months of signing up to the Award. When all evidence has been submitted and approved, Award recipients will be eligible to receive: 

- Recognition as an Award recipient on the LRS website 

- Certificate and Award Badge to display and include on website / literature

- Free place at the Wellbeing at Work annual conference

- Free place on a Workplace Physical Activity Champion training session

- Access to the Wellbeing at Work Support Package and online resources


Once ALL evidence for Stage 2 is submitted, please allow 7 working days for confirmation that your application to become a recipient of the Wellbeing at Work Award has been approved. On approval of Stage 2, you will be electronically sent your Certificate and Award Badge.


Please ensure the form is completed accurately. This will ensure that we do not need to come back to you for clarification and can process your application as quickly as possible.
