Welcome to Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport's (LRS) Funding Finder! There are a number of local, regional and national sources of funding available for clubs/groups, facilities, talented individuals and coaching. Use our Funding Finder below to identify the most suitable funding schemes.

Receive our 'Clubs & Funding Newsletter' - highlighting the most recent and suitable funds available. You will need to register/login, go to your 'Dashboard', then 'Account' and 'Email and Sharing' to update which Newsletters you would like to receive.

Local, Regional and National funding sources can added to the Funding Finder. To submit a funding source, you will first need to register/login and click 'Add Fund.' All submissions will be approved by LRS prior to becoming live. LRS excludes all responsibility for the sources added by 3rd party organisations.

Violence Reduction Network - VRN Winter Violence Prevention Fund

Violence Reduction Network - VRN Winter Violence Prevention Fund

The Violence Reduction Network (VRN) has additional funding of £52,080 available to local social enterprises and charities to help them with financial difficulties and supporting vulnerable young people over the winter months. It is to support those working with children and young people to prevent their involvement in serious violence, exploitation and county lines.

The Mercia Park Community Fund will give grants to projects that:

1. Help strengthen local communities (particularly their quality of life and life chances) within proximity or affected by the Mercia Park Development at Junction 11 M42.

2. Improve the natural environment within proximity or affected by the Mercia Park Development at Junction 11 M42.

Leicestershire & Rutland Community Foundation: Making Life Better Fund (previously Donor Matching Scheme)

The Making Local Life Better Fund is made up of money from many local private donor funds that the Community Foundation attracts and manages. Between them, donors fund a wide range of needs, but all aim to support local people and local communities.

The Youth Covid-19 Support Fund is open to grassroots youth clubs, uniformed youth groups, and national youth and umbrella organisations. Funded by the Premier League, the Football Stadia Improvement Fund awards capital grants to EFL, National League, Women's Pyramid and Welsh Premier League down to the lower levels of the FA National League System.

Power to Change has teamed up with Crowdfunder to launch Community Business Crowdmatch. Crowdmatch provides an incentive to maximise your crowdfunding campaign by match-funding what you raise from a crowd, up to £10,000.
