Derby County Community Trust are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and committed FA Level 2 coach to work within their Schools and Coaching department. The role is full time and will include working 35 hours per week delivering high quality sessions as part of our schools’ programmes, Holiday Courses, Weekend Club and Talent Identification Programme, predominantly coaching children aged 4-11. The closing date for applications is 5pm on Wednesday 21st August 2019, with interviews being held on Friday 30st August 2019 and with a start date of 5th September.

About Full-Time Community Coach

Derby County Community Trust are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and committed FA Level 2 coach to work within their Schools and Coaching department. The role is full time and will include working 35 hours per week delivering high quality sessions as part of our schools' programmes, Holiday Courses, Weekend Club and Talent Identification Programme, predominantly coaching children aged 4-11.

The Community Coach will be responsible for delivering and coordinating a range of Schools and Coaching programmes in Derby City and Derbyshire. These activities will include planning, promoting, monitoring and evaluating the activities that are delivered as well as creating and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibility within the Premier League Primary Stars programme will make up a large portion of this role, particularly within our Teacher Support sessions. In liaison with the Schools and Coaching Manager and School Project Officer, delivering the overall strategy to take the department and its programmes forward will be a vital part of the role.
