The night will end with a mass Clubbercise – with fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines, the women will use rave glow sticks to classic and the latest chart hits in a darkened room with disco lights!
There is an Early Bird sale available until 18th February; £8 per person, or a Group Offer of 5 places for the price of 4, at £32. General sale places are then £10 per person / £40 Group Offer. Prices include a t-shirt, goody bag and healthy snacks.
Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport and partners are advocating the countywide This Girl Can campaign with the aim to encourage more women and girls to get involved and enjoy sport and exercise.
The Joe Humphries Memorial Trust has been set up to: break the 'silence' on SADS, create a new generation of young life savers and inspire young people. The Trust was set up after the tragic loss of Joe Humphries who died while out jogging with his friend in October 2012.
