During Mental Health Awareness Week (18th-24th May 2020) we are promoting the importance of physical activity and mental health across the week by sharing our staff stories, tips, advice and videos to help!
This year, the Mental Health Foundation are focusing on kindness! Did you know taking part in a random act of kindness can really help to boost our mental health and help us feel better? Look out for posts of our team doing some random acts of kindness this week! If you have done anything like this recently then be sure to tag us in your photos on Twitter @lr_sport!
If you're looking for advice and tips on Mental Health and Wellbeing our #HealthyAtHome offer has lots of ideas and helpful apps that can help to keep on top of how you may be feeling, especially during these challenging times.
