England Athletics have revised the guidance for athletics and running.
There are some details around indoor training and competition that they are currently seeking confirmation of before releasing information in those areas. As detailed previously on their website, they are intending on releasing indoor competition guidance and details on England events and plans, the week commencing 7 December. It should be noted that the UK Government confirmed that this new tier system by region will be reviewed every two weeks, with the first review scheduled for Wednesday 16 December 2020.
They would like to thank everyone involved in the sport, from clubs, runners, athletes, coaches, leaders, officials, administrators, volunteers, facility providers, competition providers, parents and carers for their continued support, patience and understanding whilst adhering to the guidance issued in accordance with the UK Government's response to the coronavirus pandemic. Please also click here to see a personal message from England Athletics Chief Executive Chris Jones.
Their Guidance PDFs provide information for Tiers 2 and 3 - for both indoor and outdoor athletics and running.
