It was so good last week to go on a GB camp and finally do some proper game play. Due to restrictions we normally are not allowed to share a ball, get close to each other and all those kinda things stopping us doing a team sport but last week we actually played the sport we love and did games like we use to before the lockdowns and all the restrictions.
Been a good month of some solid training really getting back into the swing of things Camp next month things are really starting to look normal once again.
So happy to be back in Sheffield training with the GB lot, hands are ripped to shreds but it's all worth it to be able to get in my chair and shoot on a proper court.
Although I haven't trained properly in a while, I am happy say that I've got a GB camp on the 22nd and I can't wait to finally get back in my chair and get some shots up and get some good conditioning in.
No photos unfortunately but so happy to be on court again and doing some proper training, we do have to wear a mask though which makes it so hard to breathe but I'll prefer to wear a mask then not train at all.
been training hard, well as hard as I can with no gyms or courts, been having to go to the outside courts just so I can get a couple shots up. Been doing so many body weight and resistant exercises as well considering I got no weights😢 I am so ready for this lockdown to be over so I can go train properly💪
