Very excited to announce that I have been selected onto the Swim England National Performance Squad looking towards creating the team for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in 2022. This is another big achievement for me and I'm really excited to get racing and prepare for this big opportunity.

Unfortunately I had to self isolate for 2 weeks and so my training changed to indoor gym and bike sessions on the turbo trainer. But now I'm back at training and feeling good again. Gym is also going well and I'm really enjoying it.
I moved up to the university of Stirling last weekend and I'm already really enjoying training and I think the programme is amazing here. Fortunately, there is still lots of training and even gym work which I'm really looking forward to starting.
This week is the 8th week of officially being back in the pool training and it’s going very well. Really enjoying it and now getting to do some big blocks of hard work.
I returned to training on Monday in the pool with the Loughborough national centre RTT group. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and it has been amazing being able to return to the pool throughout this
I have been lucky enough to train a few sessions a week in a local lake. Being back in the water has been amazing but I am still definitely looking forward to being back in a pool. Keeping up conditioning training at home and mobility through some yoga sessions and plenty of stretching.
Last week I spent a few days training up at the uni of Stirling and really enjoyed the experience. This week I've been training at Swansea uni. Feeling good for racing for the first time this season at the weekend
I'm very happy to say that I am now on the British swimming world class programme. This allows me to get extra advice and support both in and out of the pool. And I'm excited to see how this will me develop this season

I had the best experience racing as part of team GB in Budapest for the world junior championships last week. I raced 4 events, made one final, got one bronze medal in the 400IM and PBed in all races, taking a total of 19.56 seconds off of previous best times. Now for a few weeks rest for next season.

Very pleased with how my nationals went last week, considering it was a train through meet. I changed how I race tactically and learnt so much in preparation for world juniors in a few weeks. I got a gold and PB in the 400IM, silver and PB in the 200IM, silver in the 1500free and a bronze and PB in the 400free.
So so happy to announce I have been selected to be part of the team that will be representing Team GB in the summer at both the European juniors in Kazan and world juniors in Budapest. Such an amazing opportunity and one I intend to make the most of

Had a good week overall last week at the British championships in Glasgow. PBs in the 200,400IM and 400free. I have both the 400IM and the 1500free European junior qualifying times which I am so pleased about. Learnt so much from the meet and I'm now putting them into practice in this next block of hard training
Last weekend I raced in Wycombe and had a pretty successful weekend considering the hard block of training I'm currently in. I managed to hit my PBs, break the county record again and a pool record in the 800m free with a 7 second PB. In good stead for champs.
I am excited to say that I will be going to Majorca again for phase 3 of England talent for the third year running at the end of May. I loved the camp last time and loved the open water experience in the sea.
Winter short course nationals didn't go the way I'd hoped but I was still pleased with only being about a second off my times and achieving a pb in the 400IM and coming fourth in the open age group. Looking forward to long course season
A very tough and long weekend racing this weekend with 4K metres of events. But overall an amazing weekend. PBs all round, 400IM senior champion and two county records
