What is Kettlebell?

Kettlebell classes use a cast iron weight with a handle to perform exercises to core muscle groups to develops dynamic strength.

Kettlercise is an instructor lead, high energy, group fitness session. It uses low weight kettlebells with high reps, to maximise fat burning, muscular endurance and weight loss.
