Live Virtual Classes!
Helen has been running Live Virtual Classes for over a month now and the response has been fantastic.
The classes are designed to suit everybody with a chance to sweat and flow at pace with a dynamic class on Monday's, and a slower paced restore and relax class on Wednesday's.
Pregnancy Yoga on Sunday evenings is providing support and reassurance in these uncertain times in a chatty, friendly and relaxing class.
All class attendees receive a link to download the class to use at their leisure!

Walking Football

This is a minimal contact sport for over 50s for those unable to play running football due to fitness and health levels.
If you're still fit enough for normal soccer then, well done but this club probably isn’t for you.
Please arrive 30 mins earlier than KO for: Rules, regs, subs, pitch set up, allocate teams and WARM-UP (to reduce injuries!) and so ensure we have a full hour. Subs: Monday 6.45-8.15pm - £4/£3
Tuesdays & Fridays 11am-12noon £2.
