Workplace Health Needs Assessment (WHNA)

The Workplace Health Needs Assessment (WHNA) is a tested tool for organisations of all types and sizes. It provides practical advice on Workplace Health and standardised survey questions to identify the key priority areas including healthy eating, physical activity, smoking and alcohol awareness and sleep and stress management.

Leicester-Shire and Rutland Sport have designed and developed the Wellbeing@Work package which organisations across Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland can access free of charge to support the implementation of the WHNA.

Workplace Challenge

Companies and organisations across Leicester-Shire & Rutland are invited to take part in the 'Workplace Challenge'. The aim of the programme is to promote sport, physical activity and health improvements across the UK's workplaces.

Sign up to record your sport and physical activity online to receive points – and points make prizes! But it's not about winning, 'spot prizes' are offered during the national 8 week Activity Log challenge as part of a draw simply by taking part.


Host your own Workplace Wellbeing Events

Packages have been built as a guidance of our services. All events are bespoke and tailor made to your organisation based on your health and wellbeing needs. Activities can include; Health Checks, Smoking Cessation, Stress Management, Alcohol Awareness plus more.


Host your own bespoke Business Games

A multi-sport event which is suitable for all ages and abilities. It includes a range of sports and physical activities, all of which can be tailored to your organisations individual requirements.


Bespoke Workplace Challenge License Now Available!

The Workplace Challenge provides a portal where your workforce can share their sport and physical activity levels. Created by your organisation, users can enter into online 'challenges' to gain points, populate leaderboards, set personal goals and even raise money for charity.

The Workplace Challenge is designed to offer something for everybody proviting a variety of options, activities, and possible targets - including recording Co2 saved by walking or cycling instead of driving to work.

Bespoke Sites

Workplace Challenge can provide bespoke designed versions of the software to suit your branding guidelines, and help to promote your wellbeing strategy.
